At Madame, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Request
Log into your Madame account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and invoices are included to prevent processing delays.
Handover to Courier
A scheduled pickup will be arranged within 48 hours; please ensure someone is available to hand over the sealed package to our logistics partner.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
